Heartability is a browser-based wellness game platform. Free users may play games without an account or with a free account. Paid members may save game progress and access game archives. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at hello@heartability.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
Heartability offers two paid membership tiers:
All payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars and do not include any applicable taxes.
We reserve the right to change membership pricing with at least 30 days' notice to existing members.
You may cancel your membership at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at hello@heartability.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access until that period ends.
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.
Founding Members who cancel within 7 days of their initial purchase and have not meaningfully used the Service may request a full refund by emailing hello@heartability.com.

All content on Heartability — including games, illustrations, characters, text, and design — is owned by Untold Until Media LLC and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Heartability content without our written permission.
Your username and any content you submit remains yours. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Heartability is a wellness-inspired game platform — it is not a substitute for professional mental health care.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untold Until Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
