We want you to feel good about your Heartability membership. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. If you have any questions, email us at hello@heartability.com — we're a small team and we'll always do our best to make things right.
Cancellation

You can cancel your membership at any time — no hoops, no guilt.

To cancel, visit the account settings on the profile page to access your membership settings and/or to delete your data.

When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again
  • You retain full membership access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your saved game data is preserved for 90 days in case you want to resubscribe
Basic Membership

Monthly memberships are billed at the start of each billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period once it has begun.

If you were charged unexpectedly or believe there was an error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review it.

Founding Membership

We offer a 7-day refund window for Founding Memberships. If you purchased a Founding Membership and would like a full refund:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your purchase date
  • Email hello@heartability.com with subject "Founding Member refund request"
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

After 7 days, founding memberships are non-refundable.

✦ Founding Members lock in access permanently — if you cancel and want to resubscribe later, the Founding Member access may no longer be available.
Exceptions

This is a small, independent studio and we care about treating our members fairly. We handle exceptions on a case-by-case basis. If you experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing the Service during your billing period, or if there were other extenuating circumstances, please reach out and we will try to work with you.
